TriZetto Breach Notification

TriZetto Provider Solutions (“TriZetto”), a web portal vendor of Georgia Dermatology Specialists PC, dba, Olansky Dermatology & Aesthetics, recently notified Georgia Dermatology Specialists that an unauthorized actor accessed certain files from TriZetto’s environment beginning in November 2024. According to TriZetto, the incident may have involved personal information TriZetto received from Georgia Dermatology Specialists in connection with the web portal services TriZetto provides. TriZetto is notifying the individuals whose information was potentially involved in the incident and for whom a mailing address is available.
