Seeking certified medical assistant with Aesthetic experience for large practice with offices in Buckhead and Roswell. You will assist the provider with cosmetic treatments and other in-office procedures. We are looking for a candidate that is:

• Patient oriented, dependable, eagerness to learn

• EHR experience with EMA preferred

We are looking for top talent in a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Practitioner with 5+ years experience in a medical environment, preferably Dermatology.

Must exhibit strong patient care skills and have experience with Dermaplaning and Microneedling, Diamond Glow, Chemical Peels, Extractions, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Resurfacing and Vascular Laser Treatments.

Candidates should posses the ability to customize facial and/or laser treatments and develop an ongoing plan while encompassing a luxury touch. Must work well in a team environment and be able to achieve sales goals. We carry some of the markets top elite brands such as SkinBetter Science, Environ, Neocutis, SkinMedica, Revision, ISDIN, Image Skincare and our own Private Label. We also carry top industry leaders in technology such as Allergan, Cartessa, Crown Aesthetics, Intraceuticals, Cynosure and Solta Medical.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Adoption and Belief in the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization
2. Provide expert-level dermatologic care to all patients within legal scope of practice
3. Responds to intramails and tasks appropriately and within a timely manner
4. Orders and interprets diagnostic lab work; annotates interpretations and prognosis on all path reports for medical assistant
5. Reviews scribing performed by the Medical Assistant for accuracy
6. Prescribes medications and other modalities of treatment as needed to treat
7. Counsels patients on various disease conditions to ensure patient is educated to their disease process, treatment, and expected outcomes
8. Performs all other related duties as assigned

STANDARDS:

1. Provides care consistent with their licensure and/or certification
2. Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested
3. Assures departing charts are completed with accuracy, thoroughness, compliance, and timeliness
4. Works as an integral part of a comprehensive and collaborative team in order to provide quality evidence-based care to our patients
5. Maintains positive relationships with patients/families, peers, vendors, and other team members
6. Maintains open communication with supervising physicians and team. Receives and applies constructive feedback for growth.
7. Maintains PA licensure and certifications with CME annual requirements
8. Maintains skills and scientific knowledge consistent with expert practices in the field of Dermatology
9. All work will be performed according to company policies and standards, in the spirit of the company’s vision
10. All telephone calls, both internal and external, will be returned within two hours whenever possible, and within one business day at the latest.
11. All proprietary company information will be held as strictly confidential outside the company
12.  Immediate manager will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved or deadlines that cannot be met, within a reasonable time frame, and before the deadline has arrived
13. The company’s dress code will always be followed
